ITINERARY:

Day 1
Saturday
Windhoek - Otavi area
Depart for Okahandja where we visit a local handicraft market. Continue via Otjiwarongo towards Namibia’s far north. The group may be joined at the overnight stop by passengers of the Etosha Tour. Afternoon at leisure.
DBB – Otavi – preferably Khorab Lodge

Day 2
Sunday
Rundu
Visit Hoba Meteorite. Pass the veterinary control fence and enter rural Africa. Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon. Relax before you join a sunset cruise on the Kavango.
DBB – (O)Kavango area - preferably Mahangu Safari Lodge

Day 3
Monday
Caprivi
Undertake a game drive along the floodplains of Mahango Game Park. See Popa Falls and enjoy a packed lunch before continuing to Mudumu National Park. Boat cruise around sunset near your lodge on the Kwando River.
LP + DBB – Kwando area - preferably Namushaha Lodge

Day 4
Tuesday
Caprivi
Join a cultural tour at the Living Museum of the Mafwe people. Return to the Lodge for Lunch. Enjoy a boat cruise on the Kwando River in the afternoon. The area is well known for its variety of bird life.

Day 5
Wednesday
Chobe, Botswana
Drive to Katima Mulilo on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River. Travel into Botswana and further to the Chobe – a River bordering the countries Botswana and Namibia. Enjoy a sunset cruise on the Chobe where you may view large elephant and buffalo herds.

Day 6
Thursday
Kasane, Livingstone or Victoria Falls
After breakfast it is time to say farewell. Depart for Kasane, Livingstone or Victoria Falls. Tour ends on arrival at your respective hotel/airport.
