ITINERARY:

Day 1 – Saturday
Depart for Okahandja where we visit the Herero graves and a local handicraft market. Continue via Otjiwarongo towards Namibia’s far north. The group may be joined at the overnight stop with passengers ex the Etosha Shuttle (NSA005).
Accommodation: DBB – Otavi – preferably Khorab Lodge

Day 2 - Sunday
Pass the veterinary control fence and enter rural Africa en-route via Rundu. Arrive at your lodge in afternoon. Relax in your room before a sunset cruise on the Kavango River.
Accommodation: DBB – preferably Mahangu Safari Lodge

Day 3 – Monday
Onwards to Popa Falls and Mahango National Park for a game drive. Enjoy packed lunch before continuing to Mudumu National Park and your spectacular set Lodge for overnight. Gaming activity around sunset.
Accommodation: LP + DBB – Kwando area - preferably Namushasha Lodge

Day 4 – Tuesday
Enjoy a full day at the lodge. Cruises on the Kwando River as well as game drives in Mudumu National Park are planned. The area is well known for its variety of bird life.
Accommodation: LP + DBB – Kwando area - preferably Namushasha Lodge

Day 5 – Wednesday
Drive to Katima Mulilo along the banks of the Zambezi River. Continue into Botswana, where you are transferred in Kasane by boat to your lodge. Enjoy a sunset cruise on the Chobe River where you may view large Elephant and Buffalo herds.
Accommodation: DBB - preferably Chobe King’s Den Lodge, Namibia or Chobe Safari Lodge, Botswana

Day 6 – Thursday
After an early morning game activity we depart for Victoria Falls or Kasane, where the tour ends on arrival. Transfer to your hotel or the airport included.
