ITINERARY:

DDay 1:
Gobabis
Departure from Windhoek in the morning (07:45 hrs) and drive via Witvlei and Gobabis to Kalahari Bushbreaks, approx. 25 km away from the Buitepos/Mamuno border post. After arrival have some time to relax. In the afternoon nature drive on the farm.
Accommodation: Kalahari Bushbreaks Guest Farm (DBB)

Day 2:
Ghanzi
Early departure. After the border post procedures the drive will continue via Tshootsha (formerly Kalkfontein) to Ghanzi. In the afternoon a Bushman trail will take place. Dinner will be served, whilst watching traditional Bushmen dances.

Day 3:
Maun
In the morning game viewing drive and afterwards continue to Maun via D’kar, Kuke Gate and Toteng. In the afternoon there is sufficient time available for a scenic flight over the delta. (We would offer this flight optional).

Day 4:
Moremi Game Reserve
Early morning start for a full day excursion with a 4x4 vehicle to the Moremi Wildlife Reserve, with lunch packs en route.
Accommodation: Maun Lodge (DBB)

Day 5:
Nata
After breakfast drive via Motopi and past the Nxai Pan Park, Makgadikgadi Pans National Park and Gweta to Nata. After lunch the guests have time to relax. In the afternoon 4x4 vehicles will take the group to the nearby area for a nature drive.

Day 6:
Kasane - Chobe National Park
After breakfast the tour will proceed northwards through the Sibuyu Forest Reserve, the Kazuma Forest Reserve and the Kasane Forest Reserve Extension to Kasane. After lunch time to relax and in the afternoon the guests will be taken on a boat trip on the Chobe in the Chobe National Park.

Day 7:
Kasane - Chobe National Park
After breakfast excursion in 4x4 vehicles into the Chobe National Park. In the afternoon boat trip on the Chobe River.

Day 8:
Victoria Falls
Drive via Kazungula border post to Victoria Falls. Visit to the Falls and have a short City Tour.
Accommodation: Ilala Lodge (BB)

Day 9:
Victoria Falls
Day at leisure
Accommodation: Ilala Lodge (BB)

Day 10:
Chobe National Park – Katima Mulilo
Drive from Victoria Falls via Ngoma, Kasane to Katima Mulilo. In the late afternoon sundowner boat-trip on the Zambezi River.
Accommodation: Zambezi River Lodge or similar (DBB)

Day 11:
Caprivi
Continue to Namushasha Lodge. In the afternoon boat-trip on the Kwando River.
Accommodation: Namushasha Lodge (DBB)

Day 12:
Caprivi
In the morning game-viewing drive in the Bwabwata National Park.
The afternoon is for leisure.
Accommodation: Namushasha Lodge (DBB)

Day 13:
Caprivi
Continue via Kongola and Bagani to the Mahangu Safari Lodge. In the afternoon visit the Mahango Game reserve.
Accommodation: Mahangu Safari Lodge (DBB)

Day 14:
Rundu
Visit the Popa Falls and proceed to Rundu. In the late afternoon boat-trip on the Okavango river (water level dependent).
Accommodation: Hakusembe River Lodge (DBB)

Day 15:
Otavi
Drive via Rundu and Grootfontein to Kombat. Visit the Hoba Meteorite and proceed to Ghaub Guest Farm. In the late afternoon sundowner drive on the farm.
Accommodation: Ghaub Guest Farm (DBB)

Day16:
Windhoek
Travel via Otavi and Otjiwarongo to Okahandja. Visit the carver’s market. Afterwards proceed to Windhoek. Arrival in the afternoon.
